Charlie Wing, a nationally recognized expert in home design and energy conservation, and author of many books on these subjects, has provided leadership and expertise in the winterization program. Charlie has conducted trainings for energy evaluators and has created a design for the double glazed interior storm window pictured to the right. These windows are now being produced for installation into the 100 homes that have been selected for the winterization kits.
