My name is Kati Chandler. I am Customer Service Representative at Norway Savings Bank.   When my son was diagnosed with autism, a United Way partner agency was there to help. They gave us direction and provided services that were crucial to his development as he approached school age. The skills he has learned, and the challenges he has overcome have made a positive, lifelong impact in our lives.   Last year, I served as a loaned executive for the United Way Campaign. This was a great opportunity for me to become involved in my community and to grow personally and professionally. I have continued my involvement as a United Way Campaign Volunteer and as a Leadership Donor.

Through my experiences working with United Way, my eyes have been opened to the diversity and magnitude of the needs in my community. I am both overwhelmed and humbled by the many volunteers who sacrifice their time, effort, and money to help address those needs.
